Studio Policy

Welcome to BFF Dance Studio!  Please take a few minutes to review our studio policies before registering.

Registration & Monthly Fees

Monthly Fee includes 4 classes per month.

• Monthly fees is due on the 1st of each month and must be paid before the first class of each month to reserve your spot.

• Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received.

• A $15 late fee will be applied to payments received after the 15th of the month, unless prior arrangements have been made with the studio.

• BFF Dance Studio operates on a monthly membership basis. We do not offer pay-per-class options.

Attendance Policy

Your monthly registration reserves your place in class each week.

If you miss a class:

    •    No refunds

    •    No credits

    •    No transfers to another month

    •    No adjustments to future fees

The only exception is when a class is cancelled by BFF Dance Studio due to instructor availability, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In those cases, a makeup class will be scheduled whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to discontinue classes, please notify the studio before the start of the next month.

Once the month's classes have begun:

    •    Monthly fees are non-refundable.

    •    Monthly fees are non-transferable.

    •    Missed classes cannot be carried forward.

Performance Opportunities

One of the exciting perks of being part of BFF Dance Studio is the opportunity to perform at community events and festivals.

However, please note:

Performances are not guaranteed. Performance opportunities depend on event availability and instructor planning.

Selection is based on factors including:

    •    Regular attendance

    •    Commitment to learning choreography

    •    Practice and preparation

    •    Performance readiness

    •    Positive attitude and teamwork

Instructor decisions regarding performances are final.

Studio Etiquette

To help everyone enjoy class, please:

    •    Wear comfortable workout clothing.

    •    No outdoor shoes are permitted inside the studio.

    •    Bring a water bottle.

    •    Respect fellow dancers and instructors.

Parents & Waiting Area

BFF Dance Studio is a home-based studio, so there is no indoor waiting area.

Nearby places to relax include:

    •    Norton Park

    •    Haber Recreation Centre

    •    Local cafés and coffee shops

We're always happy to recommend nearby spots while class is in session.

Photos & Videos

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during classes and performances for use on our website and social media.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let the instructor know before class.

Health & Safety

Please do not attend class if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness.

Students participate at their own risk and should inform the instructor of any injuries or physical limitations before class.
